RETURN POLICY

We want you to love what you purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange any product(s), you are required to send an email to info@mykalash.com within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the product(s).

If you receive a product that has any defect or damage, please inform us at info@mykalash.com within 48 hours of delivery. If the defect or damage has not been communicated to us within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s), it shall be deemed that the product(s) have been delivered in proper condition, and we shall not be held responsible for failure to provide a refund or replacement.

Please note that shipping fees and money handling charges for any product are non-refundable. All returned products must be in their original condition in which they were delivered.

We aim to process all returns (purchases made via online modes such as UPI, bank transfer, and/or cards) within a reasonable timeframe after receiving and inspecting the product.

In the case of COD (cash on delivery), refunds will be generated/initiated in the form of a voucher or coupon equivalent to the product value, and this will be credited to your account. Such credits can be used within 15 days.

Terms and Conditions for Returns and Replacements:

1. Eligibility for Returns/Replacements:

Returns or replacements are accepted only for unused products (supported by unboxing pictures and videos) that meet one of the following criteria:

  • Defective or malfunctioning products
  • Products damaged during delivery
  • Missing products from the order

2. Return/Replacement Period:

You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving the order, supported by packaging unboxing photos and videos.


3. Initiating a Return/Replacement:

To initiate a return or replacement, follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account on our app.
  • Go to the “My Order” section.
  • Locate the specific order containing the product you wish to return or replace.
  • Click on the “Request Return/Replacement” option for that product.
  • Provide relevant details about the reason for the request and attach packaging unboxing pictures/videos.

4. Return/Replacement Process:

Once your request is submitted, our team will review the details. If your request is found to be eligible based on the criteria, we will guide you through the process, which may include:

  • Providing instructions for packaging and shipping the product back to us, if required.
  • Arranging for a pickup, if applicable.
  • Providing a replacement or initiating a refund as per your preference and product availability.

5. Conditions for Acceptable Returns/Replacements:

For your return or replacement request to be considered, please ensure the following:

  • The product is unused and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging are intact.
  • The product is accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

6. Non-Eligible Scenarios:

The following scenarios are not eligible for returns or replacements:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Products with missing parts or accessories.
  • Products without the original packaging.

7. Refund Process:

If a refund is applicable, it will be processed through the same mode of payment used for the original purchase. In cases of cash on delivery, refunds will be made via a voucher or coupon, which will be credited to your account and can be used on your next purchase.
